New Clients
First time with us? We may ask a few quick questions about your skin care routine and any medications that can affect waxing.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer your spot to another client.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure quality service for all clients.
Skin Prep
Arrive with clean, dry skin — no lotions, oils, or self-tanner on the area being waxed. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long.
